Pardo, an Honors graduate of the UNLV Hotel & Restaurant Management program, served in various management positions with Four Seasons in New York and Beverly Hills. He then attended the University of Washington Architecture M.A. program and launched the architecture firm Elemental Architecture. Pardo has also created and opened a variety of restaurant, bar and entertainment venues, including Bootlegger Tiki and Ernest Coffee in Palm Springs.
Karpinski has served in leadership roles at Four Season Hotels & Resorts, Caesar’s Entertainment, and Starr Restaurant Organization. Karpinski has also worked for over a decade as a Partner of Sage Hospitality, where he co-founded Sage Restaurant Group, as well as developed multiple nationally recognized lifestyle hotel brands. He is a graduate of Cornell’s School of Hotel Administration.
Callahan previously served as the sixth employee and first product manager at Facebook. Following his departure from Facebook, he co-founded Artist & Recreation, a Los Angeles-based real estate and hospitality group, which redeveloped the Regent Theater in downtown Los Angeles into a 1,000-capacity live music venue. In June 2016, Callahan was named one of LE Magazine’s "Five Rebels with Cause You Need to Know." Callahan is a graduate of Stanford University.

Steinberg graduated from Stanford with a degree in International Relations. He received a Master’s from the Fletcher School at Tufts before returning to Palo Alto to earn a J.D. at Stanford Law School. Before co-founding Artist & Recreation, a Los Angeles-based real estate and hospitality group. Steinberg was an attorney at Munger, Tolles & Olson in Los Angeles, focusing on corporate and real estate litigation.

Putnam was one of Facebook’s first engineers - and its youngest, at 19 - after notoriously hacking the site in 2005. Putnam developed a number of Facebook’s early features, including Facebook Video. After leaving Facebook, he shifted his focus to angel investing, real estate and travel. Putnam oversees ARRIVE’s guest-facing and back office technology.
Isen is a graduate of Stanford University and holds an M.S. in Computer Science from UCLA. Isen splits his time as a touring musician with HORSE the Band and as a software engineer for Los Angeles -based game developer, Scopely. He is co-founder of Artist & Recreation, a Los Angeles-based real estate and hospitality group.
Englund comes to ARRIVE after over two years as a General Manager at Kessler Collection properties in Orlando and Savannah, Georgia. He spent 18 years with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where he served as Hotel Manager at Four Seasons properties in Punta Mita, Mexico, Toronto, Whistler, and Costa Rica.
DAVID C. FERRIER
DIRECTOR OF RESTAURANTS
Ferrier has over sixteen years of experience in the Food and Beverage Hospitality industry and has worked in two of New York City’s leading, multi- concept restaurant groups (BR Guest and STARR Restaurants). Prior to joining ARRIVE, his last two years were spent as Director of New Property Openings Training and Task Force GM with BR Guest. Ferrier has also served as General Manager of two of Time Square’s highest volume properties, the last of which was BLUE FIN.
Pae has over six years of experience focusing on social media strategy and marketing ranging from brands to agencies. She spent several years working with WICKED+ and Blackhouse Hospitality–Abigaile, Little Sister, Día de Campo and Wildcraft–prior to ARRIVE.
